- No food/drinks should be taken upstairs.
- Stains on beds, sofas, or cushions will result in fees.

- We take patron health and safety very seriously at the property by cleaning all surfaces, appliances, objects, bedding, sheets, towels, and other areas in the home.
- Long term bookings (28 days or more) are subject to weekly home cleaning.

- Keypad code for garage and front door entrance will be provided 30 mins before check-in for security reasons.
