This home allows one dog, and no other animals are permitted without prior approval. Reasonable barking from the dogs may be heard during the stay.

To enter the rental, guests must use an E-lock, which requires a unique code that is reset after each stay.
There are five surveillance cameras on the property, two of which are installed on the front of the home overlooking the parking area, while one is on either side of the home looking towards the walkways. Another camera is located at the back of the home overlooking the communal outdoor area, which includes a large outdoor dining table, grill, and firepit. All cameras have access to two-way audio communication when being viewed live, but they do not record sound. The cameras are not actively monitored 24/7.
