Such a comfortable, convenient and cozy stay. The unit has everything you need. Whether you’re a couple or larger family there is room to spread out. Beach views from the shady patio make for a great morning coffee spot. Beach access couldn’t be closer, right across the street! The open air trolley stop is right there as well, making trips to the village, South Island or even downtown Sarasota a breeze (pun intended)!

Siesta Key high season

Excellent location- walk to beach. Outdoor space to relax. Traffic heavy so walk to village or take free transport. Only negative if 2nd floor rental has small children be prepared to listen to pounding little feet.

Easter Week Vacation

The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is so much more fantastic! The location is the best on Siesta Key. Literally walk across the street to Siesta Beach or 15 minutes to the Village. It’s just close enough to the action to be fun but not loud or too busy. Beds are comfy and there is everything you need to prepare meals and get ready for the day. The little extras the owner provided were much appreciated. The place is clean, modern and well decorated with new landscaping on the ground floor patio where you can see the ocean while you enjoy your morning tea or evening glass of wine. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Location

We have stayed at many VRBO properties all over country and one of the ways we pick them is by the reviews. This place did not have any reviews so we took a big chance just on the photos and location. This place did not disappoint. It was recently renovated and all the furniture was in very good condition. The kitchen was spotless and had all the equipment you could possibly need. One thing the description didn't mention is that this is a first floor unit with an outdoor patio that has a view of Siesta Beach. Great for early morning coffee and afternoon sunning. The complex that the unit is in has less than 40 units so it isn't a mega building with lots of people. The parking is convenient, behind gates and covered. That's important on a sunny summer day in Florida. Also there are outdoor grills renters can use. There are numerous paths to the beach across the street. I now understand why Siesta Beach is considered to be the number one beach in the US. The sand is fine quartz and packs easily so walking is a joy anywhere on the beach not just at the waters edge. Siesta Village is an easy 15 walk and has a typical array of resort restaurants and has a small grocery store. Thumbs way up on this one. Achim Seifert
