Very clean and spacious. Absolutely beautiful views. I prefer a more remote quiet area. We were able to hear a lot of activity below us with the cars/traffic and sometimes sirens.
My husband and I enjoyed several nights at Bluebird. The house is lovely, the enclosed porch is amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. All of our interactions with the property manager were professional and prompt. An excellent stay overall. We will return for certain. Thank you.
The property was even nicer than listed! Very comfortable and spacious. Very clean and had everything we needed. Corey made everything very streamlined and convenient. Quiet neighborhood but a great view. Just secluded enough but yet close to shops and restaurants. Look forward to returning!
we loved the house; all the furnishing were first class and being in the home building industry the workmanship and attention to details caught my eye. check in was seamless and the views are spectacular. the family room tv is huge and the sound bar added to the experience. we would stay there again. if you had children the game room downstairs would be a big hit.
This home really fit the bill for our get away to Maggie Valley. The home was immaculate, recently updated, and provided all the necessities. And that screened-in porch on the back of the house...pure magic! Early mornings and late evenings spent here soaking in the view of the surrounding mountains was the highlight of the trip. We hit a few snags along the way but Corey was always quick to respond and provide us with solutions. I would not hesitate to return to both Maggie Valley and this beautiful home.
The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our group. There were three of us vacationing in Maggie Valley for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. We hiked almost every day, ate at several wonderful restaurants in Waynesville, went to Asheville for a day, and made a full Thanksgiving feast. The kitchen had almost everything we needed - we did bring a few things from home. Plenty of space for the three people in my family and could easily accommodate a larger group. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, communication with Corey for a few questions was easy. Definitely recommend the house!
This home is beautiful, clean & the view from the balcony is fabulous! The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable & convenient. We loved the view, the coffee bar, ceiling fans in every room, comfortable beds & large screened tv’s. Even little things like nite lites were strategically located. The PAC Man game in the basement was a blast from the past. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the tv media access was thru streaming & b/c we were there during the Olympics we could not get any of the games in the evening. A minor thing really & we actually ended up playing board & card games with our granddaughter. That’s a win in our book!
When we first drove up the hill to the home we were concerned that we had made a mistake renting here but upon arriving at the home we were pleasantly surprised & so impressed with the home. Corey, the property manager was easy to get in touch with & extremely personable & accessible. Upon arrival we noticed that there was no hot water. Corey made the hour drive to the property on day one to lite the pilot lite on the hot water heater. My wife loved how immaculate the home was & the fact there no throw rugs in the bathrooms, a small thing but important to her. One precaution…when opening the upstairs ensuite shower door, do so cautiously because it will hit the shower head. Also, I think there should be a few more plates & bowls in the kitchen. That said, we highly recommend this property.
The unit was generally good and up to normal rental standards. The only issues were no clear instructions on checkout until less than 24 hours before the end of the stay and lack of a garage opener or code to use the keypad.
