Dirty Pool and Bad Communication

I have a lot of pictures and videos of how dirty the pools was. The listing was inaccurately described and the owner made little to no effort to fix the situation. All they did was send someone to throw chemicals in the pool. There was GRIME ON THE POOL it was the most digusting pool i ever seen compared to the trash beaches of NY the water was 10x dirtier i couldnt believe how we werent warned nor was it in the listing. When contacted they only gave me 30% back what a cheap inconsiderate person to just give that and think its ol to ruin a kids vacation. Will be taking them to court because i have enough pictures and videos of how the pool was
