Bring your boats--a boat ramp is available 2 minutes away and the long, flat driveway is ideal for stowing your boat. Tannenbaum Golf Course (a top 5 course in Arkansas) is 3 minutes away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, just a few steps from the house. Bike enthusiasts will find that the peninsula offers a wide-range of terrain and undulating routes - bring your hybrid tires. High-speed, fiber optic internet supports all your streaming needs. The house has 3000 square feet of open living space, perfect for large groups. The dramatic, wood-burning fireplace at the center of the home creates an idyllic setting in the colder winter months. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa sleeper. The screened-in deck off the back of the house provides a bug-free gathering experience. The tournament-quality, Tornado foosball table provides hours of competitive play. A ping pong table and other outdoor games are located in the garage. Two single kayaks and life jackets are available for guest use. Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook. A Thermador gas oven and dishwasher were recent kitchen additions. The 2023 Weber Genesis (Propane) grill is available for outdoor cooking and the fire pit is perfect for late-night drinks and s'mores. Please note that pets are not allowed and penalties for non-compliance will be enforced.
