A great girls weekend getaway! Loved the location. We would definitely stay here again. Had an issue with the air conditioning, they came out and had it fix by the time we came back from dinner.
Super cute house with a great location in New Buffalo! At one point, the batteries in the keypad lock ran out. I reached someone right away and they quickly came to replace the batteries. Much appreciated!
We stayed here for the 4th of July week and it was a great location for walking to holiday festivities. The house was cute and just what we needed. There were a couple minor cleaning issues when we first arrived but the property owner was very responsive and took care of things. I would recommend this stay.
Nice weekend stay within walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to the casino. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Front porch was enclosed, it was nice to sit and read while watching the traffic go by. Hot tub was nice and hot! We would go back.
The house is centrally located so we could walk to a few places and got to several beaches fairly easily. My kids loved the ping pong table in the basement. The hot tub was a hit as well. I contacted the property manager once and they replied quickly and addressed a small issue. Great place!
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It met all of our needs. Property manager was easy to communicate with and assisted promptly when our battery died on our car providing us with a jump and mechanic is needed.
Overall, our stay was good. We wish we had more blankets as the ones on the beds are very thing and reached out to the property owner who was very communicative but we never received any blankets. Good location to walk to all downtown new Buffalo.
This house was just perfect for me and my partner. Would be perfect for a family with multiple kids or a girls trip. Everything was super clean and up to date. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use. The location was also perfect. We walked everywhere. Management group very easy to get a hold of. This is the first rental I would re- book!

A fine stay
The house itself was nice. For the small footprint, it felt like there was a decent amount of space - three bedrooms, living room with a large dining table and sunroom. The one (very small) bath was tight for our family of four, but also understandable with a house this size. The hot tub was a nice perk. Location-wise, it was close to the core/downtown New Buffalo - only a 10 minute-ish walk away - BUT the walk is on the main busy street (Buffalo). I read reviews prior to booking that mentioned this and thought 'oh, that's not that big of a deal', but it's like walking along a small highway. With my small kids, it didn't feel safe and we mostly had to drive 2 minutes to get downtown for food, etc. I'm going to be looking for a different location for my next stay for that reason alone. The only other note I have is that I asked the property owner (group) a question before our stay and never heard a peep back.
Overall we were pleased with the size of the home and the amenities. The location allowed us to walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Only deducted one star for location due to the fact this home is on a busy, main road. This did not negatively impact our stay, but maybe should be shown in the listing (unless I missed it?) for others who may be sensitive to road noise.
The bungalow house is not too far of a walk to the shops and restaurants... we even walked to the beach for sunset. There were a few maintenance issues, but they are hopefully being taken care of quickly for the next guests. The front porch is a nice little spot to have your morning coffee before heading out for the day.
I stayed here with my mom, my daughter (10) and her friend for a long weekend in July. It was perfect for our needs, although a second bathroom would have been nice. Although it is on a busy road, it wasn’t overly loud. It has a cozy cottage feel, everything isn’t brand new, but the beds were very comfy and it is clean and functional. It is walkable to downtown, even my mom with a bad knee walked it just fine, but the beach would be a hike. Beach parking is pretty limited so get there early. New Buffalo was a really cute city.
Fairly nice stay overall, however the hosts were not very responsive. I received several emails to text to get in touch but they do not respond. The hot tub was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you could need. However, the wood floor in the living room caused a splinter in a friend’s foot while wearing socks. The floor in the covered porch is very slippery and caused a few backwards falls. No ping pong table.
The house was very well kept and up to date; while keeping the cottage feel.
Very close the downtown AND you could walk to redamaks to put ur name on the list and prob wait on the porch.
Hot tub was great
If I have to find a minor issue so my review seems honest, there were DVDs & a player but I didn’t see wires to hook it up to a tv. I didn’t call and ask about bc it was not an issue
Very easy fix and the wires may be on site already
