Start your mornings enjoying your tea/coffee on the patio watching the wildlife wander by, then gather together in the open concept living area upstairs for meals, conversation, or movies next to the fireplace. Enjoy the pool and tennis/pickleball courts just steps from your front door. A grocery store, several restaurants, coffee shops, and the Incline Village Championship Course are all located within a 15-minute walk from the front door. When adventure calls, a short drive will take you to hiking trails, ski slopes, or beaches to fill you with restorative mountain air. Welcome to your mountain retreat.

Please note: NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.) Lift in pictures is inoperable at this time. Guests are required to park in the garage.
