Located just minutes from the heart of downtown Wilmington and plenty of restaurants and activities, including the award-winning river walk along the Cape Fear. 10 miles to Wrightsville Beach, and 5 miles to UNCW, this is the perfect home base for your Wilmington trip!

Guests will have full access to the entire guest house and patio. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

Quaint and quiet 😊

This place was perfect for our quick weekend trip to NC. The owners put so much thought into the design and details of their place. It was also helpful to have paper products, linens, and even hand soap and hand sanitizer there for us. The bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was trying to find the correct door to get into the apartment, but the owner quickly responded to my message and got us into the house. The bathroom was downstairs, which was a minor adjustment for us during the night. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice solo trip

The property is as stated/seen in the description and pictures. It is about a 10-minute bike ride from the Riverwalk and just within the beautiful historic district.
