Welcome to “Off the Clock”! There is nothing better to describe this peaceful getaway other than kick back and relax, you are OFF THE CLOCK! Where chic design and casual coastal vibes combine to create a relaxing sanctuary at the Cape. The the living space will draw you in with its abundant light, colorful touches of sand and sea, and natural fabrics and textures. With space for 7, this stylish home is ideal for families traveling together.

The Club at Cape San Blas include a tropical setting pool & hot tub, beautiful landscaping, private boardwalk to the beach, on-site boat parking area, bike racks. Just a short stroll to the beach and only moments away from the pristine waters of St. Joe Bay. Guests will have access to the entire home. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping: a quick 5 minute drive will get you to downtown Port St. Joe, where you can grocery shop, dine at some fantastic local spots, shop, and stroll! Beach access: about a 5 minute drive the other direction is Salinas Park. Located on the gulf side of Cape San Blas, Salinas Park is a quiet, calm beach park. Lovely beach access (and uncrowded beaches) make it a great stop for those in search of a quiet day by the water. Restrooms, a playground, and picnic tables and grills make it a solid stop for a BBQ or to let the kids run off a bit of energy during a day of exploring the Cape. Presnell's Bayside Marina has a boat launch less than a mile away. St. Joseph's Bay Country Club Golf Course is also less than a mile away.

Wonderful experience! The property was very clean and well-kept. It's obvious that the property management takes pride in presentation. We felt as if we had arrived at a home away from home. Of course, this time of year is a little chilly for a lot of water activities, but the bay and Gulf sides were beautiful and relaxing just as they are. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Mothers Day Trip

Awesome trip with my daughter and granddaughter and her other grandmother. We only had one day of sun on the beach but we filled the rest of the trip with trips to nearby cities and lots of movies and games. Wonderful time and the townhome was perfect and met all of our needs. Loved the screened in porches.

Great fall break spot

The location was perfect- nice and quiet with a short walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all- we had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and the communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I would stay here again. The only thing might be that the bedrooms are upstairs which wasn't a problem for us at all.

It was a very nice rental, close beach access. There were a few things that could have been better, the door knob was hanging off the master bedroom. The sliding door to go out to the patio wasn’t even bolted in, otherwise the rental was great.

Great house. Loved the screened in back porch. Close to beach and the pool was nice after a hot and sticky day at the beach. Was surprised to see so much beach gear. The buggy was wonderful!!!!

Summer Vacation

We stayed at the property a year ago and decided to stay again this year. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the stay. We had no issues. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Beautiful Forgotten Coast Townhome!

We LOVED staying at this unit! It’s tucked back into a small, secluded area and there is zero traffic noise. At night you can hear the cicadas and crickets chirping and waves crashing if you’re quiet. The unit is absolutely beautiful and maybe 50 steps from the boardwalk down to the beach. You can also see glimpses of the water from both balconies. Will definitely stay again!!

Quick Escape

Excellent property, we have been coming to Cape San Blas for about twenty five years for family spring break. Twenty five years ago we should have purchased a property, as our weekly rental costs are 10 to 15 times the cost for similar properties. A place that I looked at buying for 350K in 1999 is now available for 1.4 million.

We enjoyed the location, ease to get to the beach and the townhome was a great layout for our families. Our one complaint is the mattresses were absolutely horrible in all 3 rooms. They are way past due to be replaced.

Nice property. Could not find the golf cart that was written about as way to get around & from overflow parking. A call, where they didn’t know what I was talking about. I sent them a screenshot. They said it didn’t exist and was a mistake. Overall a nice place. Appreciated the individual covered parking garage right under the condo and all the amenities. Although we didn’t use it all, there were bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cart. Nice furnishings, but bed matresses need upgrades. The screened porches on both levels were nice—especially the framed floor hammock was nice on a rainy day. Personally, we did not care for the master bath with 2 openings and no doors. Especially the opening right by the bed. The early riser spouse turns on lights and starts the shower and no way to block the light and sound from the sleeping spouse. Not a fan of this open concept. A nice spacious bathroom, though.

Great place to stay! Lots of perks and definitely 10/10 review! Short walk to beach and would return. Pros: roomy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, some extras (soaps, paper towels, trash liners, detergents). Stylish decor. The beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items were a plus. We had reached out to the realty co to see if beach towels or chairs were available and we were told no. The outside items were in the outside storage area so pleasantly surprised. No beach towels as mentioned. Cons: not sure how often the pool was cleaned? (it was sandy one evening when we arrived and had not been cleaned the next evening), would have been nice to access bathrooms near pool but they were locked and had a keyed entry we didnt have access to.
