Nice work stay in Alvin!

Needed a place to stay for a few nights due to a sudden work trip. Very clean little apartment in a reasonably nice area, and has all the amenities a person would need. Kitchen, washer/dryer, bed, and a parking spot! Would rent again.

Cozy and quiet

Loved staying here. Booked for only 2 weeks just in case and by night one I booked for the other 5 weeks I needed. Super cozy. Well worth the money. Full kitchen with all things needed and washer and dryer in the apartment made things easy. Would absolutely recommend!

I will never book with this place again

Made the reservation they took the money out of my account then told me were overbooked and i should reschedule my stay. Had to throw out all my refriderated stuff away.

Solid "FIVE" for what it is.

We got a good deal on an "older" unit in a rural area. However, it has been totally remodeled with new, full-size appliances. We liked the responsiveness of the host and the cleanliness of the unit. (The floor was so shiny and polished that it was slippery the first night that we were there!) Best of all, the A/C was overpowered for the size of the unit which meant that it had no problem doing its job. Hot water was plentiful. Internet measured 350 mbps. Yes, we would stay again!
