Welcome to your cozy studio apartment on the beach in Saint Martin! This beautifully decorated rental is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a romantic getaway. Located in a prime spot on the island, you'll be within walking distance via the beach to several restaurants, exciting water sports and shops at Orient Bay, as well as being just a short drive away from the island's many attractions, including Anse Marcel, Ferry to Pinel Island and Grand Case.

The apartment is situated right on the Orient Bay beach, giving you direct access to the crystal clear waters and soft sandy shorelines that Saint Martin is famous for. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.

As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted with an open-plan living space that includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove-top. The apartment is tastefully furnished with a modern Caribbean flair that complements the stunning sea views. The apartment is located in the Residence Mont Vernon's best building Antigua on the top floor (no stairs to climb). You are steps away from your private parking near the reception, the pool and the beach.

Outside, you can relax on your own private terrace, complete with a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or evening cocktail while taking in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

Wonderful Studio apartment with a great view.

This was the fourth time that my wife and I have stayed at the Mont Vernon property. We had a great time staying here. The studio was clean and nicely kept. Private parking was included and I loved that. Highly recommend.
