The check-in time was delayed for 45 minutes with no communication to me. The cleaning team did good but they did not leave face towels, large trash bags, most of the needed dishes are gone, so I had to purchase extra everything. There a nail coming out on the steps and my grandson cut his foot. I did get customer service to answer questions but no recovery was done. I called for housekeeping to bring towels per the rep a ticket was opened and as of today we still have not received those towels or other items. The cabin was spacious but the customer service and communication lacked.
