Walk out the backdoor and into the Medicine Bow National Forest with many outdoor activities easily accessible. Accommodating large groups is effortless with this large kitchen along with the living room, dining room and game room areas. This spacious home sleeps 14. There are endless ATV trails and the beautiful Rail Trail bike trail is minutes away. For the water lovers, Rob Roy Reservoir is 17 miles away, Lake Owen is 11 miles and Miller Lake is a quick 4 minute drive. In the winter, drive your snowmobile right up to the door. HOA maintains accessiblity for 365 days . Wildlife is plentiful. Both the historic Woodslanding Lodge and the Wycolo Lodge are a 10-15 minute drive. The pair each offer great food, drinks and company. The original rental fee is for 6 people, each additional person is an additional $50/night charge. The cleaning charge is a one-time fee. An additional cleaning charge of $60 will be added when over 6 guests. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets.

Perfect mountain home

We loved everything about the home. It was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked kitchen, the game room was a blast, and the location in Fox Park can’t be beat for easy access to trails.

RZR Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Fox Park property. It easily accommodated our group with plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of pots and pans as well as spices and seasonings for your needs. We saw moose, fox, deer, antelope and big horn sheep. Donna was very kind and easy to communicate with. Look forward to another stay in the future!

A perfect house for a large group

We were so pleased with this house for our family get away. We had 13 people and the house was very accommodating with plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was such an added bonus and provided hours of entertainment for all. We loved that we could ride the razors and 4 wheelers right from the house. The owner was easy and wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

We thought ceiling fans in bedrooms would be helpful as it gets really stuffy. We were otherwise very comfortable. I’m sure it will be amazing when you get all your remodeling projects done. Thank you!

Fun Snowmobiling Trip

Overall very good. Very nice property in beautiful Fox Park. Property was very clean and has all the extras you can think of. Very need game room. The one downfall was the entrance to the front door had not been shoveled for a long time and was filled with 3 foot plus of hard packed snow. They have a snowblower to use but the snow was so hard it couldn’t go through it. It is also hard to understand when booking this property it says up to 14 people. But if you book more than 6 the price increases per each extra person over 6 people. This could be made more clear in the pricing. Because it makes a big price difference for large groups. Overall would we absolutely stay here again.
