Stylish Mountain Chalet + Walk to Slopes + Fireplace

**Brand New Listing** Have fun with the whole family at this stylish chalet close to the slopes! My Mountain Chalet is a beautiful A frame design located just .6 miles from the base of the mountain. My home features 4 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a back deck with views of the slopes, indoor wood burning fireplace, 2 car garage + ski and bike storage. I have a one of a kind sunroom where you can relax with your morning cup of coffee and feel like you are in a tree house in the summer or watch the snow fall around you in the winter! The home is a on a very private corner lot with private drive and large lot. You have a private sledding hill right behind the house in the winter.

You can walk to the slopes during the summer to take the Chili Express to the top and hike down. Great central location to all the Angel Fire amenities (Lowes Grocery Store) and local restaurants and walking distance to my favorite patio spot, El Jeffe.

The home has 2 kings, 2 queens and 1 twin bed. It also features 2 Smart TVs, fireplace, high speed WiFi, a w/d & a full kitchen and 2 living rooms and a private office.

Angel Fire is located 25 min from Red River (which I love to go to each time I am in town) and hit the Red River Brewing Company and located 40 min from Taos through the Carson National Forest Mountain Pass. Angel Fire is a charming, quiet and fantastic Mountain Town and my house is perfect for just relaxing and breathing the fresh mountain air!

Angel on Fire

Second time to Angel Fire. Love this little ski town. Summer weather is spectacular! House was great for us and the host provided a ton of information about the area that helped us plan out some of our trip. Super helpful and communicative host.

A lovely retreat

It was great to get away and enjoy the pleasant alpine climate as an escape from the intense Texas heat. The home is spacious, nicely appointed and just off the beaten path evough to feel very private yet you are a few minutes drive to everything angel fire has to offer and a glorious 35 minute drive from red river. Jennifer was super easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The combination of location, price, and being dog friendly made her place an easy choice for me.

Lovely setting among the pines

This was a lovely home with well thought out amenities. Because it was summer, we barely used the sun room as it was just too hot to do so! However, I imagine it would be lovely in the winter. We even had a doe stop right by the porch off of the living room. She was very calm and fun to watch.

Great way to get a break from the heat

Coming from Houston (105 degrees) the temps in Angel Fire (70 degrees) were dreamy. The atrium is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We were able to bundle up and watch the beautiful trees and when it rained sitting under the glass was very relaxing. The house was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The Master bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for summer hiking. Many trails are near by. Jenny was a great host and responded quickly with any question we had. We look forward to coming back next summer. Would love to stay longer and explore the surrounding towns.

I love my home in Angel Fire! The sunroom is my absolute favorite and you can find me there anytime I am at our home. I enjoy my morning coffee and love to read in the room. There is something magical and special about the home that I fell in love with. I also love the location, since we can walk easily to the base of the mountain and are close to my favorite patio restaurant El Jeffe. You can also see the ski slopes from the house and Wheeler Peak.

What makes this property unique

My home is meticulously maintained and is unique. I also have high end furnishings, bedding and decor and aim for a stylish mountain home. The home also is a corner lot and there is room behind the house for your own private sledding hill. The sunroom also makes my home unique and stand out over other properties. There is nothing like in Angel Fire! You can see the snow coming down all around you in the winter or enjoy it as a tree house feel in the summer.
