The Resort is a gated Gulf Front vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private sugar sand beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous property landscaping . The property is located next to nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and includes a wealth of activities and amenities for all. It is truly the premier choice for a Gulf Coast get-away.

This Gulf Front, Non-Smoking Condominium is newly renovated (2021), fully appointed, and highly maintained for our vacation guests complete with wall-mounted flat screen TVs, WiFi, and cable. The Master bedroom is warm and intimate with its carefully selected materials, soft colors, and comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all major SS appliances (including a Keurig Coffee Maker). The bathroom offers a beautiful white tiled walk-in Shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper, chair, ottoman and a bistro set with unmatched Gulf Front views to add to the spacious feel of the unit.

This condo has been thoughtfully decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind striving to capture the true sense of peace and serenity that these beautiful beaches have to offer.
