Great little getaway.

My husband and I booked this location for our anniversary getaway, we had an amazing time and the property was lovely.

We were a party of 3 with 3 dogs, one elderly and blind. My mother is 81. She is in good health but the stairs to our unit were very difficult for her to climb but were also a hardship for us and the dogs. The ad says it is not appropriate for elderly visitors which is an understatement. There should be a disclaimer so you know that there are about 30 steps to get to the unit, the last 10 steps are metal that reminded me of an escape latter. This could be dangerous for children and pets as the sides are open. The unit was decorated attractively, very cute. It was very clean which we really appreciated. The owner was sympathetic to our concerns with the stair situation and made a very reasonable accommodation for us. The 2nd unit he offered us was on a first tier so no metal steps were involved. This was very generous of him.
