Beautiful homestead in a safe neighborhood

This property was clean and comfortable! It was in a great location for our needs. Hosts reached out the day we booked and closer to our stay. My kid did a sports camp the week that we stayed and it was great to be able to do laundry. Overall great space and would recommend it.

Beautiful, new, clean

The owners are wonderful, prompt to respond, and accommodating. The place was literally spotless. Really enjoyed my stay and the coffee/creamer detail was sweet.

Great stay in Saskatoon

Timothy's property was very clean and incredibly well equipped in all areas -- I was very pleased I got to do a lot of my own cooking because of the kitchen! I felt safe accessing the property, even at night. My only issue is that it's a bit of a walk to most things (5 minutes to the 8th street bus stop, 15-20 to Broadway street) so it's probably more convenient to those with a vehicle. I would happily stay again!

Amazing!

The suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and access. The location was perfect for us. The hosts were responsive to our inquiries before we even got there. They were very prepared for users with a binder with all the pertinent information needed. We highly recommend this location and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

We have lived in Innisfail, Canmore for many years, and Qualicum Beach (we miss the Island! ) We were in Calgary for a few years and now make Saskatoon our home.
We love going on walks, hikes, cooking and eating nice meals at home!
We love good coffee and coffee shops, and LOVE the ocean and miss the greenery of the west coast.

Why they chose this property

We love living in this neighbourhood! Its quiet, safe and central to everywhere in Saskatoon. Quick drive or walk to Broadway. Also a 2 min drive to 8th Street has everything you need.

What makes this property unique

Becky's design of home and her decorating make this a cozy and inviting stay!
Also Becky is super fussy about cleaning and so that's how she keeps it...meticulously clean!
