The host is outstanding. He responds to every question or need. The location is stunning and the view of the ocean is rewarding. It is a perfect rental for a few days to a few weeks, when the plan is to eat at all the foodie spots, and bring back leftovers. Parking is a breeze on the weekends, and a little challenging during the work day bc of the businesses that share the parking lot. Parking is located on the upper level, making the lower studio rental units available by stairs. There are a few long term renters there, supporting my good experience with the landlord. The price is excellent for the condition and location. Saipan is a gem of raw beauty and adventures. The island is diverse in culture, language, and cuisine. My rating is 4 bc of the stairs from the parking lot, weekday parking and the limited opportunity to cook meals.
