Nice place with a few quirks

Overall a nice place. Hot tub was in good condition and the AC kept us comfortable in the summer heat. There were a couple of quirks about the layout for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. One of the bathrooms is in the master suite and the other is in the loft area, so you have to go into someone's private space to use a bathroom. Also, there's no TV in the main living room area, which for us meant the adults couldn't gather to watch TV after the kids were in bed. Also, the kitchen was missing a few things we usually find in rentals (notably, a vegetable peeler and some ziplock bags). Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and everything was as advertised. The only reason we didn’t give it an overall rating of 5 stars is that the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. I would recommend getting new mattresses. Other than that we loved our stay and hope to come back again next year. Thank you

If we could give less than 1 star we would! The place was dirty - fingerprints inside on the big windows in the living room, spots on the carpet, the stovetop & oven were dirty, as was the outside of the refrigerator and the hot tub water was light green. There is a large area rug over the carpet in the living room & the corners were not secure causing a tripping hazard. The back deck has a large gap between the house & the start of the deck, also causing a tripping hazard. The sliding glass door from the bedroom to the deck had loose boards that shifted when walked on. The screen door from the kitchen to the deck is bent so it's pretty much not usable. The ONLY good thing about this house was that it was close to where we had to go for the golf tournament that our husband's were playing in. While the place does have all of the amenities that are listed, it definitely needs a very deep cleaning & to be brought up to code as far as safety issues are concerned.
