Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located comfy home with a Basketball Court. This house is only 1 mile from the Children's museum and less than 10 minutes from Downtown! Enjoy the unique light fixtures and decor. This home also features an inclosed fire pit. The house is close to all of the Indy hot spots. Located minutes from the childrens museum, 5 minutes from broad ripple, and less than 10 minutes from mass ave and downtown. Spacious 3,800 square foot house.
The Space:
As you drive up to this house you will notice a beautiful, green front yard. Park on the street and then enter the beautiful and spacious 3,800 square foot house. Enter the spacious living room, where you are a greeted by a warm fireplace. Transition into a comfy sun room and then into the dining room. Next enter the modern and spacious kitchen that features all of the necessary amenities. This house features 4 bedrooms. It also has a full office setup in one of the bedrooms. There is a very spacious upstairs with an extra common area. As you head outside enjoy the back porch and table with umbrella. Also enjoy the firepit and half basketball court!
Other Things to Note:
Note, there is free street parking outside the house. Please park on the street in front of the house. Please use side door to enter. Note only animals that are potty trained are allowed to stay at the property. We do not allow untrained animals. DO NOT park in the front yard. New Couch in Living Room.
