Escape to Paradise at Napili Ridge! Our modern decorated 1-bedroom condo is the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. With a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom and a cozy queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Step out the door and immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of Napili Bay Beach, just a short walk down the street. Take a dip in the crystal-clear water or simply soak up the sun on the sandy shore.

Since we are using the condo for ourselves occasionally, it's fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your short or long stay in Napili Bay. The master bedroom offers two side tables and a queen-size bed. We do have a portable AC in the bedroom to provide additional cooling during hot summer nights. We're not really using the AC during the wintertime since it's a concrete building which keeps it cool enough if it doesn't get too hot outside. In addition to the portable AC in the bedroom, there are ceiling fans throughout the entire unit and we have a portable fan that can be placed wherever you need it. The living room area features a pull-out sofa sleeper that has a queen-size real mattress. We have Spectrum cable on a SmartTV that also supports all your favorite streaming providers like Netflix, DisneyPlus, Amazon Video, Hulu, ESPN+, and so on... The entire unit has high-speed WiFi coverage with an internet connection with up to 500Mbps downstream and up to 35Mbps Upstream which is more than enough for streaming, zoom calls, and any type of remote work. The living room connects directly to the kitchen and features a bar-type seating arrangement. As of now, we do not have any type of dining table at this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need as an enthusiastic home cook. If you need specific items, please feel free to drop us a line and we can see if we can accommodate them. We can also offer a Graco travel crib free of charge in case you're traveling with an infant or toddler and need an appropriate sleeping arrangement for them.

This property is professionally managed by 808 Maui Vacation Rentals, an associated division of Keller Williams Realty Maui - License RB-21851. Our on-island team will provide a complimentary basic starter set of home amenities like dish detergent and pods, laundry detergent, and paper kitchen towels, in addition to a bathroom starter kit containing a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, soap massage bars and toilet paper. Please consider that our amenities are only starter kits and are not meant to last for the entire length of multi-day stays. Please consider shopping for your preferred amenities for an extended stay after you have settled in. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers for your stay. We have a specific allocation of those beach items for each unit; additional beach items can be rented from nearby beach rental shops or delivery services. A roll-in bed can be reserved upon request for an additional surcharge. Our reservations hotline is available to all 808 Maui Vacation Rentals guests during our regular office hours and at nighttime to assist with late-evening check-ins upon request.
