**The Sea Crest home owner’s association will be upgrading the Water Garden area beginning January 2024 into mid-March (weather permitting). During this time, guests will not have access to this area, including the hot tub.**

Welcome to 1202 SeaCrest in the beautiful Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island!

You and your family will feel right at home when you stay in this two bedroom, 2nd floor villa. As you enter into the villa, the foyer opens to the main living area with a nicely updated kitchen and a wood dining table with bench seating. The cozy living room features a 55" Roku TV, sleeper sofa and two matching oversized armchairs making it a perfect space for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just off the living room is a private balcony overlooking the beautiful water gardens, pool and ocean!

To the left of the front door is the master bedroom with king bed, private balcony and a mounted 32" TV. The private master bathroom features a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

On the other side of the foyer is the guest bedroom with two queen beds, 21" TV and access to a shared hall bathroom. This bathroom also features a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Sea Crest is the premier oceanfront resort on Hilton Head! Located in the Forest Beach area, Sea Crest provides guests easy access to all of the island's activities. This highly desirable area of Hilton Head offers the discriminating vacationer the ultimate in luxurious oceanfront living. Outside there are two oceanfront pools, a children's pool & an extra-large hot tub. Amenities indoors include a fitness center, therapy pool, and hot tub . With all of these amenities, Sea Crest is the resort to book!
