Welcome to our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom VRBO retreat, just a short walk to the beach! Perfect for families or groups of friends, sleeps 13, this delightful getaway offers plenty of space and comfort, including a cozy bunkroom.

Step into the bright and airy living area, adorned with a large sectional, 75” TV, games for game nights, and toys for the younger ones. The open-concept design connects the living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings. The dining table seats up to 8 and the island seats 6. Sink into the comfortable sectional and unwind after a day on the lake, or gather around the dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the newly-remodeled, well-stocked kitchen.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed with walk-in closet (with pack n play) and an en-suite bathroom with an extra large shower. A second “master” bedroom with a queen bed and desk workstation. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, each equipped with comfortable beds and dressers. For the younger ones, the bunkroom is perfect for creating lasting memories and laughter-filled nights.

Step outside to the many parking options, including room to park your boat and RV. There is also a brand new fire pit with surrounding oversize chairs. The home is also equipped with an EV charger for your electric car!

With the public beach just a short walk (0.75 miles), or the Bear Lake State Park Marina a drive away (2 miles), you can easily spend your days building sandcastles or swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Included with the home is new beach chairs and two brand new skim boards!

Conveniently located, this home offers easy access to local restaurants, walking distance (2-min walk) to Heritage Park with 8 pickleball courts, fishing pond, playground, and where lots of city events are located, including fireworks for 4th of July and Raspberry Days.

The inside is as advertised. Very nice clean and really worked out great. The location is perfect. I wish it had either a Blackstone or a grill outside. I actually went and purchased a portable Blackstone and used it every night. Would’ve been nice to have a little grass to put your feet into but that was not that big of a deal. I would have no issues staying there again.

Great Place & Location

This place has the ideal location! It is in the heart of Garden City, and it is close to everything! The host is great, and the place feels new and clean, tons of parking, and extra amenities for Pickleball and the beach. Our stay was exactly what we hoped for.

Cute and clean stay

Cute and clean place and would totally rent again. Close to everything you’ll need and loved having a washer and dryer for beach days. Along with the hoses outside to wash everything off from the beach. Great for families!

We had a decent stay at this property. The pictures and the reviews are a lot more favorable than what we experienced. There is no central AC and there is separate AC units in every room that have to be run constantly to get the house to manageable temperature. When we showed up the cleaners had either stopped halfway through or just not cleaned it as they should have. The counters, table and floors were not cleaned. There were hundreds of bugs in the windowsills. The couches were not vacuumed. The bathrooms and beds were clean and changed over. And to the host’s credit they tried to remedy the poor cleaning job, but we ended up cleaning it ourselves and the hosts credited us for that and gave us a late check out, which was appreciated. I would say overall that the unit is conveniently located and has what you need but for the price, I expected more.

We were disappointed to hear that some areas of the home were not fully cleaned when you arrived. As soon as you contacted us, we responded promptly, contacted our cleaning team, and had them on their way to address the areas you mentioned. Unfortunately, you chose to clean those areas yourself before the cleaners arrived. We were sorry for the inconvenience and did our best to make the situation right, including accommodating a late checkout. Regarding the air conditioning, the home is intentionally equipped with individual window AC units rather than central air, and this is reflected in our listing. While we understand that may not be everyone's preference, many of our guests actually appreciate being able to adjust the temperature independently in each bedroom. We take our guests’ feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. We will continue working closely with our cleaning team to ensure the home is thoroughly checked and prepared before every arrival. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the area.

Great stay at bear lake

We had a great time in this house. It was nice and clean and had AC units in each area which made it nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive with the few issues we had. Highly recommended it.

Super clean, great location

This is such a cute, clean house! We loved staying here. It’s close to the beach and restaurants in Garden City. A lot of space to park. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay here again. One tip, when we arrived the a/c units were on high fan which didn’t do much. So put them on high cool and they do an amazing job at cooling!!

Great set up for 2 family

This home was a pleasure to rent. The parking was very easy. Inside very clean. Zero clutter. Full kitchen with appliances and cooking tools. The home set up has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms and master bath on the other side of the house. Kitchen and living room between. It was nice to have that separation between our families as some of us were up earlier than others. This home is very close to the lake and downtown. You could walk if you want to. Host was very responsive. No issues at all. The whole process was so easy.
