We welcome and need you to visit our beautiful island. We thank you for your support and welcome you! This property is hotel zoned which means that short term rentals will continue to be legal rentals at this property. The apartment zoned properties are proposed to be converted to long term rentals. There are many new restaurants that have opened as well as several popular ones on the edge of Lahaina Town. We are rebuilding and looking forward to a bright future with your love and support. Our glamorous, newly remodeled apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new flooring and furniture, fully equipped kitchen, living room with new 55” smart TV, private lanai with ocean view, washer/dryer, AC, and Wi-Fi, and we're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Pool newly remodeled at the oceans front, BBQs, cool lawn area with chaise lounges to relax in the sun, gym and concierge. Parking fee is paid at the front desk.
We were previously using a property management company. We are now managing our home. We appreciate your support. Aloha!

Beautiful Condo

The condo itself was absolutely amazing for our family of four. It was spacious, clean and offered the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. The location and proximity were great as well. There was a lot to see and do right around or a short distance away. The resort itself was undergoing some renovations but nothing that disrupted our trip. Overall I would recommend.

Royal Kahana 2 bedroom condo

Everything was great! We loved the condominium! The layout was perfect for our group of 3 but definitely would hold a bigger group. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. The décor was so pretty and definitely had been recently updated. The only drawback was lots on construction going on.

The condo was very nice and was well supplied with we needed. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great. There was a very bad storm the week we were there so the building had some issues but the manager was very responsive and took great care of us. Overall the condo was clean and perfect for our needs.

This condo feels like home. It’s well stocked with cooking supplies and some essential spices, oils, seasonings, coffees, teas, creamers, sugars, toiletries to start you on your trip, ample TP, Kleenex and cleaning supplies. The new washer and dryer are very handy. We were there during the horrible storms that hit the islands so we stayed in a lot. We watched movies and played games which the living room and dining room is very comfortable for.We did go whale watching which we try to do every year, the aquarium is fabulous as well. And of course the pool was great!The manager and property management is ALWAYS available (text, phone and email) to answer questions and help with issues that arose during that horrible storm. We will definitely be booking another trip to stay here.
