The "Arthur" is one of four units, completely remodeled and reinvented as part of the boutique Legend RVA edifice. The building is a centennial plus italianate located in north barton heights within walking distance of the historic Battery Park.
The developer carefully designed 4 units to facilitate his vision of utopian living, while celebrating Legends across multiple art genres. The Arthur commemorates music, featuring rare monochromatic prints of musicians across multiple categories. Each room is dedicated to ground breaking recording artists.
