We had a wonderful stay at **Summery Judgement**, a beautiful beachfront property in Freeport, Texas! The location is hard to beat—being right on the beach made it easy to relax, enjoy the views, and spend plenty of time soaking up the sun, listening to the waves and fishing.The property was comfortable, inviting, and a great place to unwind and enjoy time with family. Waking up to the beachfront views and having such easy access to the sand and water made our stay especially memorable.If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Freeport, Summery Judgement is definitely a place we would recommend. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 10. The deck overlooking the water was the highlight of my morning as I enjoyed my coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen FULLY stocked. Paul was very attentive to our needs and was easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short walk to the beach. We had a great stay and recommend it for large groups.

We had a great weekend stay, the owner, Paul, built a beautiful beach house and was available for all our questions. The kids had a great time fishing and riding on the beach. The gulf cart rentals showed up before check-in and it wasn’t an issue. The rooms were clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. The elevator was a big plus, so much easier to get coolers to the top floor. Definitely will stay again.

This was our second year to stay here! This place is amazing. You’re definitely missing out if you don’t stay here. This house is perfect for larger families!! 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Bunk room for the kids and their bathroom is right outside their room. This place is clean and very well stocked for cooking. The beach is just a short walk away. Everything was perfect. This is now our yearly ‘go to’ place to start our summer off!! Thank you! Also, the host is excellent!! Very quick to respond and very helpful!

Perfect Family Beach Weekend Getaway

Perfect for a large family beach weekend! House was clean, owner was responsive, easy access to the beach, lots of outdoor space and corn hole game. The kitchen was well equipped. Ample parking. The lift was much appreciated!

Family Beach Trip

We just love going to the beach as a family every year!!Going this year was extra special at The Summery Judgement!!The house was very clean and had all the details covered. We will be returning next year!!I especially love that Paul called to check in on us too!!

Great Family Beach Getaway!

This is our second time staying at one of Paul's properties and it didn't disappoint! The property is gorgeous and right on the water. The kitchen was perfect for us to make meals and we all had our own space inside the house. The balcony was amazing for watching the waves and wildlife as well. We hope to be back again and would recommend this property to others wanting a relaxing vacation on the beach.

We love this house. It’s perfect for a large family or for a couple small families. The bunk room is super fun for the kids. The upper deck is perfect for dolphin watching. We love the little beach directly in front of the house. Paul is super quick to respond.

Awesome house for extended family

My brother and I rented the house to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday! There were 10 of us and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. It’s beautiful and very clean. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing weekend.

The house is LOVELY, well kept, right on the water with a deck view of Galveston across the Pass. Beach access is about a 4-block walk, and there's a small parking area near the beach entrance if anyone is mobility impaired. Great for a large group. Kitchen is easy for a bunch of cooks (2 trash cans and 2 silverware trays). Only suggestion is beds are not the most comfortable - IDK why VRBOs always seem to skip that detail. Overall a unique and enjoyable place, though. We would do it again!
