The property is newly renovated and provided all the necessities needed for our families. It was especially nice having a crib, high chair, and kids ware for our two toddlers and young child.
Good location near Busch Gardens. I would recommend and seek to stay again. Thank you!
The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient. The Ms. PAC-man machine was a big hit. Only negative is the bathrooms didn’t have space for your toiletries.

The house was very clean and comfy. Was disappointed that it said it had a hot tub and it did not.

This is a great location near shopping and especially Busch Gardens, in a quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed as a family (my husband, myself, and two boys) and it had everything we needed: lots of towels, a TV in every room (the boys loved it) and a bed for everyone. I would have liked more pillow options (I tend to like firm pillows) but otherwise the beds were fine. We mostly ate out, so we didn't use the kitchen much. Check-in was smooth and everything worked.
It's not a fancy hotel, it's a house. One of the doors sticks a little, it takes a minute to refill the hot water after 2 showers, and you don't have much soundproofing within the house. The loudest thing outside the house, and it wasn't very loud, was the neighbor's rooster in the morning! The neighborhood is OK. We didn't have any problems, but it was weird that people were just standing around in the dark at night... but we also realized maybe they were waiting for a bus. Again, no noise, no problems. It was a super convenient place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. They've done some remodeling and it was done well in my opinion. The kitchen is fabulous and they did a good job decorating! One thing I would recommend is asking your cleaners to use something different for cleaning. When we checked in the smell of cleaner was so strong it made me sick (I'm sensitive to fragrances). We had to open the doors to air out the house for a while. Not a deal breaker, just a suggestion. :)
This was so great overall and I found the issue was cleanliness. The floors were dirty where our feet would be very dark so we had to wear our shoes most often. The biggest issue was the bug problem, and I have killed more than 5 roaches there. The bug problem was gross but other than that the stay was great!
The house was clean and very organized. It had everything we needed. It included things you need or may have forgotten, toiletries, coffee, snacks, detergent & more. Very thoughtful! Stayed nearby USF to visit my son, who’s a student.
