Look no further, you have found the perfect spot for your beach vacation to Orange Beach, AL This brand new 2 bedroom 3 bathroom home is located just steps away from the white sand beaches. The property is pet friendly and includes beach access and a gulf side neighborhood pool. The home has been professionally decorated and is setup for you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay. The interior of the home boasts granite countertops and cermamic plank tile floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, laundry room, and sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a private master bathroom and has a full size king bed. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and also has a private bathroom. We have provided a sleeper sofa in the living room for additonal guests and there is a 3rd bathroom on the main floor. Your pets are welcome to jon you for a pet fee of $300. Maximum of 2 pets and there is a weight limit of 35 lbs. Please inform us if you will be bringing any pets - the pet fee will be paid in addition to the rental rate after booking.
