THIS UNIT IS RENTED DIRECTLY BY THE OWNER. WE HAVE DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS AVAILABLE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. With our personal attention to each guest, you will be confident in the fact you rented directly from the owner! We love the Terraces so much we purchased another unit in the North Tower of the Terraces. So travel with family and friends and they can stay in our other unit. This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom/ 2 Bath Unit. Our unit is located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Less than 200 yds to the slope. You can look directly at Steamboat mountain from our spacious balcony, along with a great lower valley view. There is a view out of every window in this unit. THIS CONDO IS A GREAT VALUE. The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities, including shuttle service to and from the slopes. You can relax in our heated outdoor pool or hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores. There is a grocery store just a few short steps from the condo. For the convenience of our guest

This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the second floor which can be reached by stairs or elevator. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer in our unit. This unit is stocked with everything you could need to feel cog right at home. One of the great amenities is the assigned parking space in our underground heated parking garage. Our unit provides a large flat screen television in the family room and a flat screen television in each bedroom. We provide family videos for your entertainment. There is a DVD player for each television. For your musical enjoyment we have a stereo. This unit has been professionally decorated to keep your comfort in mind. Granite counter tops carpet and tile floors, stainless steel appliances. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. This unit is stocked with basic necessities to make your stay more enjoyable, i.e. shampoo, cream rinse, soap, paper towels, hair dryers. THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. If you lke groceries delivered for your stay, just let us knows.

The master bedroom has a King-size Bed . with a window looking at the beautiful valley of Steamboat and its Mountains. The second bedroom has a bunk bed which is a twin and a full. Great views from this bedroom also. We have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Free High-speed internet provided.

Condo is nicely equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has a good supply of basic spices, containers, paper products, coffee, etc.Lots of spare pillows and blanket. We're snowboarders, so it was an easy walk to the slopes for us.If you prefer, you can take the convenient shuttle.

Condo was comfortable, kitchen well-stocked. Used ski storage at mountain which was quite useful as it was a little hike to the slopes. Owner very accessible and responsive. Good to have washer and dryer in condo. Overall, nice stay!
