30A Dream By the Sea is the 30A escape you have been waiting for. Perfect for a single family with 2 children, we are newly built and designed with your comfort in mind. Our free standing carriage house is south of 30A in a highly sought area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach or a community pool. Our neighborhood is quiet with giants trees everywhere. As a bonus we have a Public Beach access at Eastern Lake so there are no private beach concerns.

Once you arrive and open the door you will see that the Carriage house has been designed for comfort and calm. The open concept is just what you are looking for. The living room has a smart TV and plenty of seating . There is a new washer and dryer in a closet for your use while staying with us. There is a dining room table which seats 4 , a full kitchen stocked with everything you will need, a microwave and a coffee maker.

As you walk down the hall you will see the bunk room with 2 built in bunk beds, They are the extra long twins with comfy pillows and sheets. They are wonderful for kids and easily fit any adult. The room has its own smart TV.
The Bathroom has a linen closet with towels and beach towels . The shower is heaven with rain head shower heads and a hand held for washing those little kids who prefer not being put in a shower. Double sinks so you with marble and lots of drawer space.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a closet and hangers for your clothes and a balcony with 2 chairs and tables so you can drink your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and just listen to the sounds of birds or watch a deer pass you by.

We have bicycles you can use during your stay and depending on availability have a company that will provide a golf cart for an additional fee.

We are minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and farmers markets.
