The Hideaway loft apartment is situated in the upstairs of a historic 1905 brick building right on main street (Apt B). It has a newly renovated floor plan with high ceilings, crown molding, stylish touches throughout & a central location. Because of its location on main street, you are just steps away from shopping, famous restaurants, historic buildings and museums, Mammoth Spring State Park and of course, Spring River. This property is one of two loft apartments (check out Brickhaven loft). There are stairs leading up to the property and this is the back apartment, so the views out of the window are of the back of the building not main street. There is a deck and staircase on the back with a grill and seating :)

Cozy spot

Cozy apartment on Main street walking distance from state park and beautiful short drive to Grand Gulf State park. Very comfortable bed all the dishes in kitchen were new. Good a/c and shower. The futon was dirty but they provided sheets when I asked. They provided a hospitality basket which was very nice. The hosts were super responsive.

Main street is a place the we wanted to help grow in the community. Having rentals there encourages guest to spend time and shop.

What makes this property unique

I have always been in love with this building. When the restaurant below closed I was so sad. It was delicious and a loss to our community. The apartments upstairs were barely ever used but had so much potential. We decided to freshen them up and make them available so others could enjoy them as well. It is the first step we did and now focusing on a bringing in a business to the main floor, hopefully one that would also be enjoyable or useful to guests and the local community.
