New Years 2024

Layout at property was very good, everything looked exactly as it did in the app except for patio since it was snowing and so we couldn’t make use of the fireplace or the couches on the patio. The bathrooms and kitchen counters could’ve used a better cleaning , we had to disinfect everything ourselves when we came in. Other than that, great house, great stay.

Corky

So this house it corky but in a good way. House is exactly what the picture look like. I call this house corky because it truly is a split level with the kitchen on the level you walk in on. The stairs are extremely steep BE CAREFUL- my 13 year slipped immediately. The downstairs also has levels - there is a room that has magnetic games on the wall which is really cool. I LOVED not having to deal with keys and only needed a code to go in and out. The neighborhood is definitely sketchy appearing but we had no issues. Also as you travel deeper the neighborhood gets a lot nicer. The windows do not have blinds - neighbors can see in so watch where you change your clothes. The big con for us was no washer and dryer - I now have 5+ loads that I’m home. Also there is no live/local TV. We were unable to watch any football games or normal news. Our streaming TV service only works on our home internet. I would stay here again. It was less than 30mins from camelback ski mountain. Walmart/ Groceries were 15mins away.

Tina it was a pleasure hosting you and your family. I completely understand about the washer and dryer, especially for the length of time you stayed, but the ad does specify that the home does not come with a washer/dryer. Also, all the TVs have streaming services already logged in, so no need to use your own credentials. We will be looking at adding the washer/dryer in the near future. Thanks again and Happy New Year!!
