Welcome to Mermaid's Song, Unit 1A! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning open-water views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

Stayed ar Fenimore Mill 1A (Mermaids Song) for third time. Beautiful views and wonderful balcony to relax on. As always Pelican Vacation Reality did a fabulous job with easy booking and departure . If per chance there is something wrong they are always there to fix it quickly. Of course we will be back!

Excellent location and comfort. Great view! Porpoise activity from the beginning to the end of our stay. Beautiful birds including Roseate spoonbills. Beds and linens were comfortable, all the things we needed were available to us. Great communication and ease of booking and access to the unit.

This is a nicely appointed condo with great amenities! The pool was lovely. The condo was furnished with comfortable and beachy decor with a washer/dryer. We had dolphin views from the private balcony. Listening to the waves was heavenly. Great location to walk and explore shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Magnificent Mermaid!

Mermaid’s Song was convenient to many of Cedar Key amenities. Unit was clean, organized well decorated and well stocked with all items needed for a long weekend! Especially liked the lower level option for easy access to carry items up to the unit.

The unit is comfy and super clean. Cedar Key has been devastated by hurricanes. We had no problem with several GOOD restaurants, coffee cafe, and pizza place open. Do take any groceries you may want including water. We supported a couple of shops with purchases. Lots of building and repair going on. Cedar Key will make it! We hope to be back next year!
