About this property
CITQ: 297526 (Expiration: 2026-07-31)
Le Harbour sits in a private wooded enclave surrounded by red spruces, facing the river.
A simple, warm refuge filled with natural light, where the suspended main room naturally becomes the heart of your stay.
Here, the views, the calm and the open space invite you to slow down and simply enjoy.
Set within a private domaine, Le Harbour gives an immediate sense of warmth: wood-clad exterior, unique windows, light everywhere.
The main living area is on the upper floor — a level almost suspended in mid-air, where the kitchen, dining room and living room share one large open space.
The light is exceptional, and the wide windows open onto the surrounding landscape, with the river as a natural anchor point.
A powder room and a terrace overlooking the scenery complete this floor.
On the garden level, the atmosphere becomes soft and peaceful.
Here you’ll find three bedrooms, a full bathroom with bathtub, shower and laundry, and direct access to the spa.
• Mont Grand-Fonds (27–30 minutes) and Le Massif (~50 minutes)
Charlevoix’s official snowmobile network is also easily accessible from the area.
The most popular starting point for snowmobilers is near the Manoir Richelieu (about 12 minutes from the chalet), offering a large parking area and clear access to the regional trails.
Local flavours:
• Fromagerie St-Fidèle
• Laiterie Charlevoix (Économusée)
• Menaud — distillery and microbrewery
• Ferme Basque and local terroir producers
• Charlevoix organic meats
• La Malbaie public market (seasonal)
Charlevoix is also best discovered through its local producers and its public markets open in the summer season. Enjoy your stay!

Location was out of the way but close enough to smaller towns for dinner, shopping and beaches.View was spectacular, place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.
Everything was as advertised, and the view was even better than we expected -- gorgeous view of the river. We went in leaf season, and the property was gorgeous. It was very secluded and quiet, but not too far from things. Everything was clean and well thought out and the hosts were very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again.
