Additional house rules:
- Must sign a rental agreement and a $1000 security hold upon booking. You must be 25 years or older to book.

- Please be aware that the cabin is located in a private resort and a mile drive up to the mountain. 4-wheel drive car recommend.

- The cabin has Smart TVs in the cabin that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.

- There are cameras at the front and around the cabin. We use these to ensure safety and make sure that our cleaning and home care partners deliver the best service. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

- You will likely see and hear critters, bugs, spiders, and also bears (Bears are dangerous!)- You are in the mountains! Please do not go near or feed any wildlife. Do not leave any food or drinks in the car. Wildlife may try to break in. Keep vehicles locked at all times.

- Satellite Wi-Fi is provided in the cabin for your convenience. Wi-Fi service is limited and patchy. Please do not download any games or videos.

- Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be extra charges if found smoking

- We welcome pets ( Dogs only) in our cabin. Up to 2 dogs are allowed(less than 50lb each). The pet fee is a flat $295 charge per stay. *After a booking is confirmed, and we confirm the number and breed of dog(s), we will send you a separate request for the pet fee.
- Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
- Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
- All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records.
- Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
