ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE MEMORIES!!

We can sleep up to 8 people in this spacious 3 BEDROOM and 2 FULL BATH condo with over 1450 SQUARE FEET of LIVING AREA.
We are located on the FIRST FLOOR and have BEACH VIEWS from all windows. FULL SIZE Kitchen and Laundry in condo unit. NO ELEVATORS in the condo complex. Inside staircases and with condo front doors located in an internal hallway.

Don't forget to use our LOCKED STORAGE - outside and downstairs for all your beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys!

We have 2 huge OLYMPIC SIZE POOLS, 2 CHILDRENS POOLS, and plenty of lounge chairs to go around.
Sit by the pool and watch the kids swim or to just soak up some rays!

Our Little LAGOON views are spectacular with our private pier, gazebo covered fishing area, and even fish cleaning stations.
We have a private boat ramp into the Lagoon with over 50 first come first serve boat slips! No extra fees!
The charcoal grills and picnic tables under the land gazebo will come in handy to cook your catch of the day after fishing!!

RELAX on our FURNISHED BALCONY with your morning coffee or in the evening to watch the sunset and listen to the waves rolling in!!

In all 3 BEDROOMS, you will experience very comfortable beds!
~ In the MASTER bedroom you have a KING SIZE BED and FULL- SIZE bathroom with a separate dressing and closet area.
~ Bedroom TWO has (2) DOUBLE beds.
~ Bedroom THREE has a QUEEN bed.
Another FULL-SIZE bathroom is in the hall area right next to the other 2 bedrooms.
The LARGE DINING area will seat 8 comfortably and 2 at the bar...
All rooms are SPACIOUS....

Sea Oats has deeded beach access straight across Beach Blvd. with a resting area and outside shower to rinse off before you head back to the condo or to the pools.

Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Check in was easy. Access to beach was a short distance and the beach chairs and wagon in the storage closet kept us from having to pack our own. Pool was nice, too!

We had a great time and enjoyed the unit. The space was amazing, clean and very spacious. I would recommend the sea oats association put non slip strips on the pool stairs. They are very slippery. We had one person slip and break her arm.

Amazing family vacation

The property was fantastic! Right on the beach with direct beach access and pools at the complex! Communication with property manager was timely and very helpful! Great for adults and kid friendly! Family friendly without being overly so. So many great things to say, we will be back to stay with them again next year!

We spent an entire month alternating between beach walks and Lagoon gazing. The condo had a perfect layout and all the kitchen conveniences you could ask for.

Great place on the beach

Great vacation rental! We recently stayed here with our six kids and we had a great time! The unit is spacious and very clean. The location is also a nice plus as it is easy to get to all the necessary places; beach, restaurants, shopping.

Our family has been coming to Gulf Shores for over 30 years. We have stayed in several other condo complexes. But we always came back to Sea Oats.
Sea Oats has the best vacation spot to us! Hands down!! Gulf and Lagoon access, Gulf and beach views, olympic size pools, boat ramp and slips, and outdoor gazebo for grilling, and so family friendly. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Sea Oats is only 3-4 miles away from the core of Gulf Shores and so many activities they are too many to list.
Not crowded and quiet with just enough activity and excitement in the air!!
Not a stressful vacation spot...laid back and relaxing....
