Everything we could possibly need and more was in the house. The outside was incredible! Games for the kids! And they loved the chickens and roosters all over the house. I spoke to the owners multiple times prior to our stay and they always answered back immediately. We had an incredible stay!!!

Wonderful Stay

The house was great for our party of 6. We felt comfortable the entire stay. The owners were so great with communication! We had some bad weather while there and our cars were safe under the large outdoor area! Loved seeing the Christmas trees growing!

This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it.

Great property

This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!

Beautiful house and property

My sisters and I had a wonderful time on our trip to the southwest part of Arkansas. And one of the reasons was knowing we had a beautiful, comfortable house to come home to each evening. I highly recommend Margie’s Coop to anyone looking to stay in the Ozark, AR, area.

The best

We rented for husband to see his kids for his 76th birthday and it was all we could ask for and more. The attention to detail including outdoor activities was great. We loved it and would love to come back again next time we are in area. Thank you so much to the owners for making our stay perfect .

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. This place is always so clean and well stocked with everything we need. I grew up on this property, and in 1990 my wife and I began our Christmas tree farm here—a place we’ve loved and cared for ever since. The Coop is named in honor of my parents. My mom, Margie, adored her home, the outdoors, and her chickens, while my dad, Frank, had a passion for motorcycles and airplanes. We created this space as a tribute to them both, and we hope you feel the same warmth and charm that made this place so special to our family.

Why they chose this property

One of the highlights of staying at Margie’s Coop is our peaceful little fishin’ pond. Just steps from the front door, you’ll find a scene that brings back the simple joys of bare feet in the grass, tree swings, and relaxing on the porch.
As a unique bonus, our property also includes a small grass‑strip airfield. From time to time, you may see private planes or ultralights taking off or landing right outside the kitchen window — a fun surprise for many of our guests.

What makes this property unique

There are not many rental properties where you can fly in and wonder through thousands of Christmas Trees! In fact, we may be the only one in the world!
