Great communication from host, immaculately clean house, every amenity you can think of with some extra special and unexpected add ons. Beautiful property, quiet and amazing stars at night while we were there. We lacked for nothing here. Everything was well stocked, beds were super comfortable. Quiet location and we were able to see a few small planes land. There was a huge covered front area that we played ping pong and cornhole on. It was also perfect for parking our bikes out of the weather. The three rooms and three bathrooms were awesome as well. It was far enough out that you felt like you were in the country but was close enough to get to town fast. Dollar General less than 5 minutes up the road also. We loved it. We were in a central location and able to Ride our motorcycles to Eureka Springs, Hwy 7, and Hot Springs was just South of us also. We loved it and will be back. Thank you for a wonder trip!

Beautiful house and property

I grew up on this property, and in 1990 my wife and I began our Christmas tree farm here—a place we’ve loved and cared for ever since. The Coop is named in honor of my parents. My mom, Margie, adored her home, the outdoors, and her chickens, while my dad, Frank, had a passion for motorcycles and airplanes. We created this space as a tribute to them both, and we hope you feel the same warmth and charm that made this place so special to our family.

Why they chose this property

One of the highlights of staying at Margie’s Coop is our peaceful little fishin’ pond. Just steps from the front door, you’ll find a scene that brings back the simple joys of bare feet in the grass, tree swings, and relaxing on the porch.
As a unique bonus, our property also includes a small grass‑strip airfield. From time to time, you may see private planes or ultralights taking off or landing right outside the kitchen window — a fun surprise for many of our guests.

What makes this property unique

There are not many rental properties where you can fly in and wonder through thousands of Christmas Trees! In fact, we may be the only one in the world!
