High chair available (Chicco Zest Model) with Straps, Harness, Easy to clean surface, and Adjustable Food Tray. *As recommended by the chair manufacturer - "Please do not leave child unattended in the high chair at any time". No need to fold it, just store in any closet.*

Longer stays welcomed. We may ask guests to sign a rental agreement per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act.

*PETS*
Pet Friendly, Up to 2 Dogs Allowed. (Fee per pet, per stay)

Please, NO Cats or other animals due to allergies.

Pets are NOT allowed on beds and furniture.

But sometimes, Mother Nature can be a little tricky, especially during the summer months. You might occasionally find a bug or insect inside the home and see wildlife outside.
