🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.

📷 Please note that we have installed three exterior cameras to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. One is facing the front door and the other one facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

🌟 GOLF CART RENTAL GUIDELINES 🌟
1. The golf cart rental fee is $50 per day.
2. Operators of the golf cart must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
3. Signed Golf Cart Rental Agreement.
4. A separate security deposit of $500 will be held on your credit card. This deposit will be released after our team assesses the golf cart's condition, fuel level, and overall state following your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Golf Cart is not included in the reservation. Please inform us if you're interested in renting it.


- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
