This stunning waterfront condo is perfect for a family summer vacation! Sleeping six, this custom decorated beach retreat is an ideal getatway to the beach. Vaulted ceilings enhance the open feeling of the space. Offering three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to cook family meals. Pack lighter for your trip to the beach, as beach chairs, beach cart, and a FREE Linen & Towel package is provided on all rentals. Bring your own beach towels and get ready to have an amazing vacation!

The Master Bedroom with King bed has a private bathroom. The spacious master bath has sliding barn doors that opens up to a double sink, walk-in shower, and separate oversized soaking tub. Bedrooms two and three both have Queen beds and share a full size hall bathroom with a tub & shower combo.

Our kitchen is full equipped for cookings family meals. Also, we provide dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, trash bags, & coffee filters.

~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is absolutely perfect. The private neighborhood is just breathtaking and the amenities are too. The beach is 2-1/2 blocks away and a quick walk. The pool is just a few streets away. There is a closet with beach chairs, beach toys etc. There’s also a bunch of games in a cabinet for families to use. There’s an elevator which is always available or a quick walk up the stairs. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
