A historic home built in 1850 provides a true Cape Cod experience.

The home is located in the heart of downtown Woods Hole. You can walk to Pie in the Sky, the Landfall, and all the other shops and restaurants. The home is a five minute walk to the ferry from Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard. Great for a day trip to the island! Less than a mile from Stoney Beach and Nobska Beach.

If you want to be in the center of the fun and walking distance from everything you need, this is the place to be!

Right in the middle of Woods Hole! We loved walking to Pie in the Sky for coffee each morning and the patio that backed up to the giant WHOI lawn. We even had an issue with locking ourselves our at 11 pm and the host immediately answered our text and solved the problem pronto! It's a charming house with the full Cape Cod experience.

We loved our stay at this home in Woods Hole. The location is unbeatable—right in town! Plenty of space for our group of 5 including grandparents, parents, and a 7 year old. Despite being in town, there was no noise from outside. Strong AC, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom upstairs, and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs. Very communicative host!

Great House and Location!

We stayed with our two children (5 and 7 years old) and their grandmother (75+ yo) and everyone loved it. The house was clean and had many recently renovated areas. Plenty of space for all of us and even had a nice office area where my spouse and I were able to still get some work done while on this short "working" vacation. It also had a nice patio area where we had coffee and breakfast. The location is downtown Woods Hole - super convenient - walk to MBL beach, coffee shops, the downtown market, restaurants, and even jump on the ferry to MV. The host, Daniel, was supper responsive and accommodating, and has the house well appointed with amenities for a relaxing vaca. We will back next year too as we have been looking for a house to continualy rent. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week at this property in Woods hole. It is right in town, within a one or two minute walk of many restaurants and right in the heart of the marine biology labs and education centers. With three teenagers it was the perfect place to stay so that they could walk to Stoney Beach or Nobska Beach, walk or run on the bike path, get a bite to eat etc without needing a car and with independence. The bedrooms were comfortable as were the beds, full kitchen, and great patio with gas grill for eating outside and enjoying the beautiful weather. Very responsive owner. We will be back!

This is an incredibly great spot and beautiful home in Woods Hole with all that is needed in a rental property. The host is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend it!
