Oh Deer! is a beautifully renovated 1950's home that is only 7 minutes from the public beach access at Lake Glenville and 8 minutes from downtown Cashiers. Packed with charm, while preserving the integrity of the original house, this home will not leave you wanting.
Directly through the front door is the living room with smart tv, gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa for an extra bed, and large dining room. The hall leads down the center of the home and arrives at the double twin bedroom, laundry closet, and spacious bathroom with a shower.
On the opposite side of the hallway is a small sitting or dining area right outside of the fully equipped kitchen. While the layout of this kitchen will leave you reminiscing, the way it has been renovated has brought this entire home into 2023 with its quartz countertops, a stainless steel range, an under-counter wine refrigerator, microwave, and a delightfully unique refrigerator/freezer. The exterior kitchen door takes you out to a screened porch where you can sit, watch wild life, and relax.
Right off of the kitchen is the entrance to the primary king bedroom with spacious closets and a private entrance to the back. This home also boasts an outdoor firepit in a relaxed wooded setting.
