Big Horn BNB is a spacious (615 square feet) clean, air-conditioned, one bedroom suite, with a king-sized bed, private entrance downstairs from private parking, storage for your bicycles or skis, and an EV charger for your electric car! It comfortably sleeps two. Fully furnished including a sofa-bed, fireplace, high speed wifi and two TVs. The suite also has a quaint kitchenette (no stove) that comes with a washer/dryer, in-sink dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, and some continental goodies. Swim in the heated salt pool (open mid May to October ) or enjoy a BBQ with side burner, on your private patio space.
There are many sights and things to do within a 20 minute drive including: wine tours, many hiking and biking trails, the city of Penticton, Apex Mountain, KVR trail, KVR Heritage Train, and famous Tickleberry's Ice Cream Shop!

First visit to Okanagan Valley

We just returned from a very relaxing, quiet and restorative few days at Nicki’s B&B. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious and we felt immediately “at home” in this welcoming location. The pool was amazing as were the views. A total bonus was our encounter with the Big Horn sheep on our first day; so exciting. Will definitely revisit this destination - highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, and the hosts, Nikki and Paul, were absolutely delightful—so kind and welcoming. The pool was a lovely feature; we enjoyed starting our day with a few laps and winding down in the evening with a glass of wine while cooling off. The view was breathtaking and truly unforgettable.It’s conveniently located near vineyards, just 10 minutes from Skaha Park and close to downtown, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secluded. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway—not right in town but still easily accessible—this is a perfect spot for a couple or a trip with a friend. Highly recommended!

The property management number was going direct to voicemail but they were available via messaging. As this is in a lower suite in the house, expect to hear some noise from above.

We were welcomed with some goodies and a beautiful patio space to lounge in the warm sunshine! The suite was cleaned and stocked with essentials and extras. Very quiet and located between Penticton and the town of Okanagan Falls. We hiked the Skaha bluffs and enjoyed the local wineries!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this beautiful VRBO! We only wished we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, our hosts went above and beyond—meeting us outside in the dark and personally escorting us to the door to ensure we got in with ease. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay.The suite itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-appointed. We were greeted with a gracious welcome: a bottle of wine, snacks, juice, some breakfast essentials, and the most delightful tarts! We loved this stay so ++ much. Amazing suite, with so many thoughtful (and generous) host touches. We had absolutely everything we could poss need for our 5-day stay, taking max advantage of the glorious, warm pool and beautiful bbq evenings on the patio. Alos, really appreciated the concience of the EV charger!
