Lots of things to do in walking distance. Very comfortable beds and all necessities provided. Very awesome and would definitely come back. The rooftop fire was amazing too.
Perfect place for our group in BMore for a literary conference. Location and amenities were exactly what we needed. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Great place! Thanks!

Beautiful place. Could be so much better!! Needs a good deep clean. And some repairs. Turned on the shower it was shooting water out the shower. Skipped the shower… There was still confetti on the floor from the previous guests.
Host experience was horrible. No heat in the place so we couldn’t stay there. The steps to get inside the place were full of snow so we had to clean them off. He didn’t seem to care that we didn’t have heat, he told us that he had a bunch of heaters & we should use them. Heaters can’t heat a whole house. Also wanted us to go in his basement & change the filters, really. He should note be a host for anybody.
Overall this was a good stay. My daughter loved it, which is what mattered the most. Pros: Great location. Short drive to the inner harbor, walking distance to stadiums, great restaurants nearby, awesome roof top area, comfy beds and nice TVs. Cons: Parts of the rooftop fire pit were broken and left laying around on the ground. Parking was a struggle. There was no parking pass left, so I reached out to the owner. He directed me where to go in the basement to find one. It was expired. I informed him of that and he never responded. Was not comforting going to bed not knowing if I would be ticketed or towed. Overall, I would go back if we were accepted.
The house is nicely decorated, spacious, and the host was pleasant to deal with. We stayed in early February and enjoyed the aesthetic of the space. However, we ran into a few seasonal challenges. The entrance stairs were covered in snow and ice, which made getting into the house a bit treacherous. Additionally, because the house is older and runs cold, we tried using the provided portable heaters, but they unfortunately tripped the circuit breaker. Luckily I was able to call the host and he responded quickly on how to resolve the issue. We also had trouble with parking. The “free parking” permit wasn't in the cabinet as described, so we couldn't utilize the convenient street parking near the house. Tried messaging host about this issue but did not get back to me. Overall, it's a great space. I would highly recommend it for a stay during the warmer months, but it may need some winter proofing for the colder season.
Beautiful place - nice area - a little sisappointed there we no paper towels or trash bags but that was really the worst of it - everything else was great!
Great location for going to the stadiums, top golf, and federal hill
Great location and decent house. Not great for families or folks looking to cook meals as the cooking supplies and dishes were limited at best.Host was very friendly and responsive.
We stayed here as we traveled from NYC to DC. It was brief, basically just a place to sleep. Location was convenient and we had a comfortable nights stay.

Good location for restaurants, inner harbor, and plenty of room for 5 of us. But it needs updating and thorough cleaning. Some of the furniture was stained. Two broken chairs, one in kitchen, one in DR. I had to wash two pots before I used them. It was also a noisy street. Back bedroom was quiet, but front bedroom was very loud. Good communication with host, but really nothing he could have done once we arrived.

I love providing a space that people can enjoy. I have added different areas in the home that provide a more unique experience than a simple hotel or other homes for rent in the area.
Why they chose this property
I bought this home for myself to live in, but after moving I knew the location was a great place for people to use when visiting Baltimore. It has a fantastic view of the city, and is close to all the Restaurants and Pubs that I have enjoyed.
What makes this property unique
Rooftop deck with propane fire pit, shuffleboard table, historic home with natural brick exposure all throughout the home.
