Smart TV in Living room. Accommodates 13 guests. Great location, just minutes drive to beach access parking along Indian Beach Drive or On Beach Parking accessible from 16 mile road.
Restaurants, bait shop, and cart rentals are less than half mile away. A very comfortable home for families to relax, enjoy, and be away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

This house and the location were awesome! It was a few minutes walk to Indian Beach which was nice and clean. My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient beach getaway!

Great space for our groups need. Close to the beach. Quick responses from the property manager. The noise from the main road can be significant at night during high traffic times. Sufficient supplies (i.e. toilet paper, trash bags) were not provided. We had to run to the store in the middle of our stay. Property does allow smoking outside but some smell is present when you first open the door. Couches maybe hold the smell. The couches are pretty dirty and could use a cleaning or replacement. Bedrooms are great with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again but come more prepared.

Jason we loved your place, it was very comfortable our older crew was very happy to see a room on the 1st floor with an amazing (and fully equiped bathroom). The public beach was nice and convenient, being able to drive the car to almost the water was great (especially with the older part of our family, we could had walked with the kids but for grandma it was a long walk). the kitchen had everything we needed. We love the place, the peaceful feeling, the amazing porch. we definitely made some wonderful memories. You were amazing. super responsive (no that we really needed much since everything was there) Thanks for letting us stay at your place
