*Disclaimer* [Though we were fortunate enough to not have any damage to the house during Helene, the 20’ bridge that leads to the property was moved by the storm and is currently functional but also pitched at an angle from the storm. The house has reliable space heaters throughout, we are planning to replace the current furnace asap. Our location offers easy access to some of the most popular destinations in the area including Asheville, Boone & Mt Mitchell.

Get ready to immerse yourself in a world of natural beauty, with an array of outdoor activities to choose from, including hiking, fishing, waterfalls and more. Explore the historic and beautiful town square of Burnsville just a few miles from downtown. Recently voted best small town in North Carolina by Country Living.
The space
Recently renovated 1920’s farmhouse full of charm and personality. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a King bed with on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 1 Bunkbed with Twin beds and 1 Single twin bed. Third bedroom has 1 full size pull-out sofa. Plus a bonus sunroom porch with a twin daybed. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests.

Situated only 5 minutes from the local grocery, 8 minutes to Burnsvilles town square where you’ll find historic buildings, quaint boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops & more. 45 mins to Asheville and 30 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

This gorgeous property includes 27 mountainous acres of roaming space for you and your family to explore. Surrounded by incredible displays of nature and peaceful tranquility, wild turkeys and other majestic wildlife are often right outside the window.

Very Strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire home and in the yard area around the home. Large spacious living room with a 58” smart tv.
Complimentary Coffee and a variety of Spices are stocked in the kitchen. Complimentary recent model dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge. Closet space in all bedrooms.

Wonderful stay

We arrived at night and the property was glittering with fireflies. The views are stunning and the house had everything we needed. The hosts answered all my questions immediately. Would highly recommend!
