A beautiful Townhouse on a picturesque intercostal waterway in the Terry Cove Harbor with the atmosphere of “home away from home”. Dolphins swimming in the canal daily along with beautiful yachts and boats passing through.

You have the opportunity to catch blue crabs and fish on the private boat slip and dock. Stunning views from all levels on the balconies.

Centrally located a mile from the beach, great restaurants, Publix Grocery Store, the Famous Warf and recreational amenities. During holidays you can enjoy the fireworks from the balconies.

On the ground floor you can enjoy not only the scenery but grilling, blue tooth music and watching Sports/ Live TV.

You can’t help but relax and enjoy the view and peacefullness of the intercostal waterway.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you utilize the grills, please clean them.
If you utilize the carport TV, please place the cover on the tv each night and place the remote back on the entrance foyer table by the guest book.
I appreciate you gathering the linens and setting them next to the washer/dryer closet. But, leave the washing for my cleaning team.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
