We are located on Rocky Mountain Front with an abundance of Big Sky adventures all around. The Sun River borders the north end of our property where fishing and hiking is welcome. A hunting day-trip to the Bob Marshall is within range, or take off to Glacier National Park- its about a 2 hour drive. If you’re looking for some history check out the First Peoples’ Buffalo Jump, CM Russell Museum, Lewis & Clark interpretive center.
You will be staying on the far end of a working ranch, so there will be horses and cattle nearby. Probably some horse training taking place. Coyotes often howl at night and the weather can be unpredictable.

We love staying on this property. It is one of our favorite places. I would Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in the Sims Fairfield area
I have family that live in Fairfield and outside of Great Falls, the location was perfect. Worked for our family of 5, it was clean and comfortable, washer and dryer access was helpful. Great view..DefinitelDefinitely will visit again.
Comfortable, clean, well provisioned home adjacent to a storied horse ranch. Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, it is an ideal place to spend a few days exploring the Rocky Mountain Front.
We loved our little getaway home. It had all the amenities we required plus some. We enjoyed having a quiet place to spend our evenings together. Thanks for the great western hospitality.
Traver was exceptional! He took us around the ranch, let us feed several of the horses and check out the river. Shared some of the history of the property and the guesthouse. Thank you for sharing your time and family history with us!!!
We had a great, short stay here and it was exactly what we figured. Perfect for our family if 5. Our three kids, 14,18, 20 easily shared one bedroom while we had the other. Quiet, peaceful setting that is pretty remote. Our kids enjoyed seeing the horses every day. Property owner was very quick to respond to a few questions we had. They also included lots of info about the surrounding area. Perfect for us on our first ever trip to Montana.
