Condo location is perfect. Beautiful breathtaking views. Well appointed accommodations. We are a retired couple escaping cold weather. The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The couch and loveseat were certainly adequate. Secondary bedroom beds and pull out couch were not used so we cannot comment on the comfort of those items. We stayed 28 glorious days. The heated pool and one hot tub on the property were very well maintained and gorgeous. One of the two hot tubs was out of commission during our stay. Plenty of dishes , cups, glasses, silverware and knives were provided . Cookware could use an update. We only had a couple issues … one was with a running toilet (not running water out on the floor but cycling water) and a coat hook was coming out of the wall. Those two issues were fixed in a matter of minutes. Excellent and professional service the one time needed it. Unit was very clean upon arrival. We would love to come back to this unit.

Fall Break Getaway

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for cooking a few meals to chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys. The staff kept the pool area clean and around the condo building looking great. We loved that the beach area wasn’t overly crowded too!

Amazing Stay!!!!

We had the absolute best stay ever. We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort 2 years ago and loved the complex and all the amenities. The tiki bar and grill has great food and drinks and is right beside the pool. The pool is perfect with the zero entry. Our little ones love it because they can safely play in the water right beside where we are sitting without steps and ladders. And our condo was absolutely perfect. The owners were responsive to every question or request we had. The condo had beach chairs and toys already in the room for us to use. We loved that the second bedroom had 2 full size beds making that room so much more comfortable for those staying in there. We had a great view from the balcony and enjoyed the live music from the tiki bar several nights of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and meals. This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. Can’t wait to return next year.

Very pretty condo but older resort that is to strictly run. Make kids get out if pool every hour for 10 minutes, don’t know what that’s about. Made everyone leave the pool area because lighting 9 miles away that never happened?? Kids can’t play with even a 3 inch pool ball! We are older don’t even have children anymore but crazy rules ruin everyone’s fun one way or another

This property is within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Course and close to all the best restaurants. Family-friendly resort with a splash pad, ice cream shop, and poolside tiki-bar and grill. Enjoy meals on the oversized balcony with seating for six.
